Appear here after returning here once you have ventured at least two locations away, i.e. by visiting the Business Main Street, the Business Back Street, or the Barricaded Back Passage. Two of the zombies are wandering around, the other is lying down behind the bar.

Note: if you return here after acquiring the Oil Additive and only if you have met Nemesis at the Forked Alley, then the three zombies will be replaced with just one zombie, unless all three have already been killed.
