Cathedral. In the upstairs area beyond all of the laser-sight puzzle rooms. This Madonna is located on the pedestal in the room where you reunite with your partner.

This object is used in Leon's Chapter 2 inside the Cathedral. Place this in conjunction with the Madonna of Grief on the blue pedestals on the edge of the third-floor cathedral balcony overlooking the room to reveal a secret stairway on the lower level behind the dais.
