Underwater Facility - Upper Levels. It hatches from the cocoon and proceeds to smash its way upwards in pursuit as you attempt to run away.
Emergency Escape Route. It will pursue you along the emergency tunnels until you reach the large chamber where you have to fight it to finish it off.
