Flash grenade (Resident Evil 5)
A hand grenade that explodes with a blinding flash. Momentarily hampers enemy movements.
This type of grenade was designed to stun and subdue enemies with a sudden flash of bright light and a concussive wave. The effect can briefly halt and drive back crowds. This is also one of the most powerful grenades in the game, as many of the B.O.W.s are susceptible to light, such as Duvalia. To these creatures, the Flash Grenade is instantly fatal within its blast radius.
