Garrador (Resident Evil 4)

The Garrador is a particularly strong Ganado, who carries an implanted, manipulated form of the parasite on his back. Immune to pain at all other spots, his body is vulnerable where it carries the Plaga. Hitting this spot makes the Garrador stagger; he can basically only be injured there. His eyes have been sewn shut during the painful operation, he is fully reliant on hearing, which is acute indeed.
