When playing through Leon's 1st scenario, you use this fuse on the shutter control in the Break Room Hallway to gain a shortcut access through to the Watchman's Room.
However, when playing through Leon or Claire's second scenario, this fuse is not used in the same place. It is instead used on the shutter at the end of the East Hallway to gain access to the Main Hall.
