This large ball is actually a key, and is used to unlock the 2F door in the Village Chief's Manor leading into the bedroom. you need to place this ball into the door, and then rotate it so the air bubbles inside will be perfectly aligned to show the Iluminados insignia. Once this has been done, the door will unlock.
